Financial reports for the NeuroSearch Group is beeing prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as approved by the EU and additional Danish disclosure requirements for the annual reports of listed companies. Additional Danish disclosure requirements for the presentation of financial statements are imposed by the Statutory Order on Adoption of IFRS issued under the Danish Financial Statements Act and by NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
